🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept apartment accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 8.

🚗🔑 Garage Access: You can carefully park two cars inside each and then 1-2 outside depending on how you park.

🅿️Parking Limit: Up to 6 regular-sized cars or 2 cars and 2 oversized vehicles. There are additional spaces in the complex and more street parking available one block away.

❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.


👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
