All guests are expected to observe quiet hours (9 PM – 9 AM) and keep noise—including loud music, TV, and games—to a respectful level at all times. 🏡You'll have exclusive access to the basement floor of the home—along with the porch and theater screen.
✅🚫Access: This unit does NOT include access to the Hot Tub but DOES include access to the fire pit area.
We live nearby and are available as needed for guests.
🤫 Noise: We've incorporated features like extended rafter widths, spray foam insulation between floors, and solid core doors with door sweeps to minimize noise transfer. However, being in an apartment-style building means you might hear occasional footfall and muffled voices. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM and kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another.
🚗 Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the gravel road, the parking area around the home is paved. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping.
🚜 Construction Nearby: There is a home being built nearby, so you may hear some construction noise during work hours. It shouldn’t affect your view or stay, but we wanted you to be aware. This has now moved inside now, and most noise should be over. The nearby project will be completed by the end of Sept 2026.
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 4. There are is a pac-n-plays in the walk-in closet, but these are only for smaller kids.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
🅿️ Parking: Limited to 3 regular-sized cars or less with any oversized vehicles. Parking is located below on the parking pad. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential. Make sure to park in the correct designated lanes based on the unit you are renting.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, etc.
🌍 Charitable Contribution: 25%+ of the proceeds from all our homes support local and international missionaries. If you're interested in learning more, feel free to ask!
