Please Note: This home is located directly next to the community pool and playground area, with the amenities just outside the front door of the middle-floor unit. This means you’ll have convenient, immediate access to these amenities, but you may also experience some additional noise during the day.

For everyone’s enjoyment, the pool and playground areas will be open from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, with quiet hours strictly enforced. The areas will be closed and quiet after 9:00 PM and will not reopen until 9:00 AM. If you prefer a home farther away from the shared amenities, please consider one of our other Chatt Vistas properties.
